Your desired balance is not mathematically achievable with the given combination of specs. And because sweetspot depends on balance, it cannot be matched either.
Customizer first tries to match your specs for weight, swing weight, balance and sweetspot. If this isn’t possible, it does the next best thing — it matches your weight and swing weight specifications (swing weight is probably the most important of the four specs).
Achieving weight, swing weight, balance, and sweetspot matches requires adding weight at three locations. The table displays three locations and the weight for each when this is possible.
Matching weight and swing weight only requires weight to be added at two locations (shown in columns 2–5). That frees up two columns (6 and 7) in which to show what the unmatched balance and sweetspot will be for each solution.
